1. Overview

This policy outlines terms for BlackBoxNG Logistics's SME delivery subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Available Plans

BlackBoxNG Logistics offers four subscription tiers:

  • Bronze Plan: ₦50,000 — 16 deliveries, valid for 30 days
  • Silver Plan: ₦100,000 — 35 deliveries, valid for 30 days
  • Gold Plan: ₦200,000 — 74 deliveries, valid for 45 days
  • Platinum Plan: ₦500,000 — 200 deliveries, valid for 90 days

All plan prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout.

3. Coverage Area

All subscription plans cover intra-city deliveries within Lagos only. BlackBoxNG currently operates within Lagos State and does not cover deliveries outside Lagos.

Excluded Pickup/Delivery Locations: Agbara, Ijedodo, Ajangbadi, Ikorodu, Alagbado outskirts, Ishaga Road, Alagbole, Jankara, Alakuko, Ojo, Awoyaya, Ojodu Berger outskirts, Badagry, Opic, Epe, Sango, Ibeju, Tradefair.

This list may be updated from time to time; the current list of excluded locations is the one published on this page.

4. Credit System

Each subscription provides a fixed number of delivery credits. One credit covers one drop-off location.

A pickup that delivers to a single drop-off address consumes one credit, regardless of how many parcels are handed to the rider at pickup, provided the combined package meets the limits in Section 5. A pickup that delivers to multiple drop-off addresses consumes one credit per drop-off location.

Example. A merchant hands the rider 10 parcels at pickup: 4 are going to the same address (and together meet the package weight/size limits), and the remaining 6 are going to 6 different addresses. That consumes 7 credits in total — 1 for the consolidated drop-off plus 6 for the individual drop-offs.

Credits are prepaid. The plan's validity period begins on the date of payment (which activates the plan), and credits must be used within that period.

5. Package Requirements

The same package limits in our Terms of Service apply to subscription deliveries:

  • Maximum standard package weight: 4 kg (or 250 cubic inches).
  • Packages between 4 kg and 15 kg may incur additional charges.
  • Packages exceeding 15 kg cannot be picked up.

6. Prohibited Items

Subscription credits may not be used for any item listed in our Terms of Service prohibited items section, including (without limitation):

  • Perishables (fresh food, cooked meals, drinks).
  • Hazardous materials (batteries, chemicals, flammable goods, pressurised containers).
  • Restricted goods (e.g. foreign rice, banned imports).

7. Cancellation Policy

Deliveries cancelled before a rider is assigned will not have credits deducted. Late cancellations may still count as used credits.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a rider attempts a delivery but cannot complete it — for example, the recipient is unreachable, the address is inaccurate, or the recipient refuses the parcel — the credit is consumed.

Reattempts are not free. Each reattempt is treated as a new delivery and consumes a fresh credit. To avoid wasted credits, please ensure the recipient's address and contact details are accurate at booking and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

9. Expiration

Unused credits expire at the end of the plan's validity period and cannot be rolled over, refunded, or transferred to another plan or account.

10. Plan Renewal

Subscription plans do not auto-renew. You must manually subscribe to a new plan when your current plan expires or when you have used all your credits.

Plans cannot be upgraded, downgraded, or changed mid-cycle. If your delivery volume changes, wait for the current plan to expire (or use up your credits) and then select a different plan. If you need additional capacity within the current cycle, you can either subscribe to a second plan in parallel or book individual deliveries at our standard pay-per-delivery rate.

11. Priority Support

Priority support is available for Gold and Platinum plan subscribers. Dedicated account managers are exclusively available for Platinum plan subscribers.

12. Changes to Plans

BlackBoxNG Logistics reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and terms. Existing subscriptions will be honoured at the rate at which they were purchased.

13. Subscriptions Are Non-Transferable

Subscriptions are non-transferable. A subscription is tied to the business account that purchased it and cannot be transferred to another business or account, including in the event of a sale, merger, restructure, or change of ownership.
