How the plan works

The questions every SME asks before subscribing. Honest answers up front.

What counts as one credit?

One credit covers one drop-off location. 10 parcels going to one address = 1 credit. The same 10 parcels going to 6 different addresses = 6 credits.

What if I run out of credits before the cycle ends?

You can book individual deliveries at our standard pay-per-delivery rate, or subscribe to a second plan in parallel. We notify you when you're close to your limit.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Unused credits expire at the end of your plan's validity period. They don't carry across cycles, get refunded, or transfer to another plan.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Not within the current cycle. Wait until your plan expires or your credits run out, then pick a different plan. Plans cannot be upgraded, downgraded, or swapped mid-cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Plans don't auto-renew, so just stop renewing when you're done. Any unused credits in the current cycle still expire at the end of the validity period.

No formal trial yet, but most SMEs start with a one-off delivery via the standard quote flow before committing. That gives you a feel for our service without a subscription.
Standard delivery: bookings created between 8am and 12pm are picked up the same day; final drop-off happens within 48 hours depending on rider availability and route. For faster turnaround, use Express on individual deliveries.
Yes. Recipients automatically get an SMS or email with a tracking link the moment a rider is assigned. They can follow status updates without you forwarding anything.
