Delivery infrastructure for Lagos businesses that scale.

A public API, contracted SLAs with financial recourse, and one invoice a month. For high-volume operations that need logistics as a system, not a series of bookings.

SME plan or corporate arrangement?

Pick the path that fits how you ship.

SME subscription

Fixed-volume plan, pay-per-delivery flexibility, support via WhatsApp.

Best for: Up to ~200 deliveries / month with predictable cadence.

Three real differentiators

Built for operational scale

The things SME plans don't cover. The reasons corporates pick a custom arrangement.

API & integration

A public REST API for booking, tracking, and proof-of-delivery. Connect your order-management system, e-commerce platform, or internal tooling directly to BlackBoxNG. Webhooks for status updates so your systems stay in sync.

Contracted SLAs

Formal service-level agreements with measurable on-time targets and financial credits if we miss them. Reporting is monthly; recourse is automatic, not negotiated case-by-case.

Consolidated invoicing

One monthly invoice for all deliveries instead of per-trip charges. Reconciles cleanly with your finance team's month-end close, with itemised exports available on request.

What our clients say

From businesses that run their deliveries through us.

We've been using them for about three months. No missing items, no complaints from customers. I don't have a dramatic story, it just works consistently.
I see the price before I book. No wahala at the end where the rider says 'oga the road was far.' Price is price. That transparency is rare.

Frequently asked questions

Questions buyers ask before signing.

Yes. The API covers booking, status retrieval, proof-of-delivery, and webhook subscriptions. Documentation is shared during the discovery call and linked from your account once you're onboarded.
SLAs are negotiated per contract but typically cover on-time pickup rate, on-time delivery rate, and successful first-attempt delivery rate. Targets and the credit structure (rebate against the next invoice if we miss) are agreed up front in writing.
Every delivery is logged against your account. At the end of each month we issue one invoice with an itemised breakdown. Payment terms are agreed in your contract — net-30 is standard.
There's no fixed floor, but the corporate setup makes the most sense above what our largest SME subscription tier (200 deliveries / 90 days) covers, or when you need API access or contracted SLAs regardless of volume.
Typically 1–2 weeks from signed agreement to first live delivery. Steps: discovery call, contract, API credentials issued, sandbox testing, go-live.
Yes. Many clients route only specific delivery types (e.g. express same-day, fragile items, regulated goods) to us and use other carriers for the rest. The API supports selective routing.
