Our story

A delivery company that doesn't lose your stuff. That shouldn't be radical.

Most Lagos delivery experiences are a gamble. Riders go offline mid-trip. Packages arrive damaged or not at all. Sellers take the blame for couriers they can't see. Senders give up and ride across town themselves.

We started BlackBoxNG because we'd been on every side of that broken loop. We knew it could work better. Confirmation codes on every drop-off, status updates that actually update, a real team you can call when something goes sideways. None of it is novel. Most of it just wasn't happening here.

Today we're a small Lagos team, handling deliveries one at a time. We have a long list of features we want to ship and we'd rather take longer to ship them right than promise them on a pitch deck. If you've trusted us with something, you've helped shape what we're building. Thank you.

How we actually work.

Three things you can count on, every time.

We confirm receipts.

Every delivery ends with a code your recipient gives the rider. No "I dropped it with the gateman", no he-said-she-said.

We pick up the phone.

When something needs attention, you talk to a person on our team. Not a chatbot, not a queue, not a form that goes nowhere.

We tell you what we don't do.

No food delivery yet. No live map tracking yet. No nationwide. We'd rather underpromise and ship it well than oversell and miss.

We're riders, ops, engineers, and customer-experience folks based in Lagos. We're not a tech company that does logistics. We're a logistics team that happens to build systems.

BlackBoxNG is a Lagos-based last-mile delivery company. We handle express and standard door-to-door parcel delivery for individuals, businesses, and enterprise clients across Lagos State.
All major areas across Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, and surrounding suburbs. We're Lagos-only by design, we know the city, we route around its traffic, and we'd rather be excellent in one state than mediocre nationwide.
Not yet. We're focused on Lagos. When we expand, you'll hear about it.
Insurance is opt-in at booking, not bundled. Without insurance, our standard liability covers up to ₦150,000 per package. For higher-value items, you can add cargo insurance at the time of booking.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday, 9am to 3pm.
